Day 80 - Sunday, October 5, 1997

Pheasant Ridge RV Park, Portland, Oregon - We missed the Redskins game today. Out here the game starts at 10 a.m., which is early enough on a normal day. And since Marci was a bit under the weather from those four screwdrivers with the spoiled orange juice, we slept in until very, very late. After Marci got up and had lunch, she was tired and hit the sack for a nap.

Just as we were ready to go out and play around, the weather, which had been halfway decent, turned back to rain. Out here it seems that if it isn't raining, it has just rained or is getting ready to rain! It feels like a men's room toilet during halftime at the Super Bowl.
