Day 62 - Wednesday, September 17, 1997KOA Idaho Falls, Idaho Falls, Idaho - Today's weather was great compared to what we've been through recently. It was sunny and near 70º without any wind. Our plan was to work out, go for a bike ride, then take care of some business with the custom software Jim wrote for his brother's Mercedes repair shop. For those of you wondering, working out on the road has been trickier than we expected. We used to work out in the evenings (anywhere from 8-10). Problem is that it's dark around that time. If we've been on the road all day, by the time we set up and eat, it's already eight or later. So we have to find time during the daylight hours when the weather is good. Today was a perfect day for it! We get some funny looks from other campers - but that's nothing new for us! Near the end of our workout our camper-neighbors struck up a conversation with us. Turns out they are from Switzerland and are touring the USA. Jim decided to see if the Swiss really are neutral, so he brought up abortion, religion, money, racism and gun control. Sure enough they stayed neutral. Not to be thwarted Jim brought up the topic of which way the toilet paper goes: over or under. Neutral my butt!!
