Day 13 - Wednesday, July 30, 1997

Duck Puddle Campground, Nobelboro, Maine - With a few wistful glances thrown in the direction of the
jacuzzis, we left Normandy Farms Campground. We drove about three and a half hours to Maine. We drove up the coast passing through New Hampshire and Portland (Maine, not Oregon). We finally landed at Duck Puddle Campground. The owners here, Jim and Sue, are by far the friendliest hosts we've encountered thus far.
It was a little tough placing The Den in this site, but with some fancy moves by Marci and some innovative leveling techniques by Jim, we were able to sleep through the night without rolling out of our beds.
