Day 112 - Thursday, November 6, 1997

Redwood Empire Fairgounds - Novato, California We got up this morning and got the oil changed on the Tomato Wagon at a local Quick Lube place. The Wal-Mart Quick Lube wouldn't do it because, "We don't do canister filters." What a bunch of dimwits!! And to think Wal-Mart has been so good to us thus far!

We are about 15 miles north of San Francisco in a small suburb. We took a bike ride through town and stopped the local high school to watch their football team practice. They weren't quite as disciplined as the teams back home. Maybe because soccer, the sissy sport, is so popular up here.
