We met Cynthia, Chad and Chase again for more visiting. We toured residential Monmouth and stopped by at the local library. After looking through several books on cowboys (Chad's favorite topic) we walked back to Cynthia's. We were treated to a western phenomena called "U-Bake" pizza. This is when a restaurant will make your pizza to order, and you take it home raw. We ate the pizza while watching "Toy Story."

It wasn't until the movie was almost over that our nephew reminded us easterners that we were supposed to cook the pizza.
