Hidden Springs Campground, Cumberland, Maryland - True to our word, we left in mid-July!! Granted, we overstayed our lease by a couple of days, but we're officially on the road. Our belongings are scattered around the DC suburbs (we forgot to close the back of the truck). Many thanks to Mami & Dadi Anderson, Mom Carr, Chris, Mitch, Debbie & Mark, Luiz, Rockville Consignment Furniture, and Culpeper Self Storage for taking care of our stuff - dust and all.
We are currently in Cumberland, Maryland, at the Hidden Springs Campground. We haven't seen any springs yet - maybe that's why they call them "hidden". Immediately after finding our site and backing in the trailer, a thunderstorm hit - the first rain in weeks. Leave it to Jim and Marci to end a drought. We're local heroes!! |
